Background Color Thread

The new website looks nice, but I would suggest changing the all white background to a light color such as a very light gray. It would be softer on my eyes.

naa the white works good with the rest of the site if it was gray there would just be too much gray

Nope, I think its fine.

Then maybe a light blue like the buttons. Maybe it is just because the site when from very dark to very light from v1 to v2. I have been around here longer than my # of posts suggests.

Well I heard they are going to eventually incorporate skinnable interfaces but I dunno if that is still in the plans...

well... how about the promizes skinning stuff? or some alternate CSS?

They will have different skins in the future implemented, so you can have a dark look instead of all white for the people that just complain about the color

Actually the longer I use it, the more it seems to be growing on me.

Skin system is in, its just that there aren't any other skins to choose from. The whites good, makes it easier to read for me.

Oh yeah, I just noticed the skin system! It'd be interesting to see what INtense comes up with

I want it to be dark, since my desktop skin is black and red, so it blends well and doesn't hurt my eyes. lol

Well, when it's 6:00 in the morning, my eyes tend to strain toward bright lights
