Hello, my name is Manio (Justin Ross) and I'm a Community Moderator & Game Reviewer over on NooBTooB.com, a gaming community built by gamers for gamers. We have a solid user-base, with a little over 3000 members, and growing each and every day. We have a ton of content that may interest you, but the sole purpose is I review video games; with my main target being indie games. Now, you may be asking "Are you a serious reviewer?" or "Does this dude, just want free games?" Simple. I love to review video games, and I believe I can show that with my work. Here's some examples of my reviews which you can check out over on this exact website.
Example Reviews by Manio
"What can we say? After fourteen years in development it is surprising
to see Duke back on the throne. Unfortunately, this one-liner king is
still stuck in the past with both his humor and gameplay, making Duke
Nukem Forever something only true Duke fans will appreciate." Read the full review here - [Click Here]
"Isaac Clarke is back, and he's kicking Necromorph ass." Read the full review here - [Click Here]

Why exactly do they need to PM you to review the game? That makes no sense...

I think he just wants to make his life easier. Instead of going around asking people, if he can feature their title to help them out, he wants people to come to him first. I see this more than a favor to indie developers, who are desperately looking for attention than a serious review attempt. Otherwise, why not just review indie titles and inform the teams about it for a possible news feature?
