Riven was one of my favourite games when I was younger!
I think my patience levels have dropped as an adult, though, because I now get too frustrated while playing!

I loved all the Myst games. My favorite in the Myst pentalogy was Riven. And my favorite of all the Myst games, other than the storyline starting from the original Myst or realMyst all the way to Myst V: End of Ages, was "Myst Uru: Complete Chronicles". That was the best. And I enjoyed "Myst Online: Uru Live" as well. :D

I'd have to go with the first Myst for me. I remember playing that game with my grandpa, and the sound island was definitely my favorite! I also remember getting trapped in a book and saving the game because I was a silly kid.

Never been a fan of Myst, or at least Riven.. I put a good few hours in but I just found it dull and to be honest hard.

I played the Myst series a lot when I was younger, and I remember it being one of my favourite games at the time.

In the same boat as Mrbinary played the series when I was younger and its always been one of my favorite games with alot of memories tied to it. Would anyone have any suggestions / recommendations for games with similar gameplay?

I really liked what the Myst games represented, but I was never smart enough to do anything much in the game. I would find the various starter puzzles, but I would just move things around until I got fed up and moved on to a different location.

Then again, I played them over 10 years ago - things might have changed now, but most likely, they haven't, and I still suck at Myst games :P
