I posted this on the Remedy forums too, but thought the mod community here might be interested as well. I used the community released Alan Wake tools to unpack the game data, modify the textures, and repack to create some flashlight mods. Be gentle, these are my first Alan Wake mods. Here are some screens: Quake Flashlight Hello Kitty Flashlight Sam Lake Flashlight And a video of the lights in action: Unfortunately the re-packed files are so large and contain so much of the original content that distributing them really isn't possible right now. Not to mention installation isn't the easiest. Finally, off the topic of flashlight mods I thought Alan deserved a little fun in Thailand:
