Does anyone know why the Windows version of Abuse runs so slow with higher resolution and lighting? If I turn off lighting (everything is fullbright), the game runs normal speed. Also I can't run the game in it's default resolution, because my display doesn't support 320x200. Some years ago when I still had a display that could use 320x200, I was able to play in that resolution with lighting turned on.
I know I can play the DOS version in DOSBox with 320x200 resolution... DOS version doesn't allow lighting at all in higher resolution. So I would like to play in higher resolution with lighting turned on...
