A newer version of download of CodeRED: Battle for Earth Thread

I'm absolutely not sure if this is the right place to post, but I wanted to draw the attention of the community to the fact that while version 1.1 of CodeRED: Battle for Earth is available for download here at ModDB, there exist later versions, up to v4.0 which was released in 2005 (original download page archived by the Wayback Machine).

Unfortunately, the version numbers were not included in installer names of respective releases, so it's a bit hard to track down the right verison, however recently I found what seems to be v4.0 of Battle for Earth (and also v4.0 of the sequel, The Martian Chronicles):

CodeREDBFE.exe
CodeREDMC.exe

I wonder if there is a way to update the download, because the original developer, Irritant, doesn't seem to have been active since 2004 here.
