3DS Max Material Library Problem (Forums : 3D Modeling & Animating : 3DS Max Material Library Problem) Locked

I'm new learner of 3DS Max and I have a problem in material library. Yesterday I tried to start to learn materials, open 3DS Max 2010 and follow these instructions:

-Open material editor
-Click Get Material
-Select Mtl Library under "Browser From:"
-Click "Open" under the File
And my material library seems empty.

But when I opened the materiallibraries file, all materials was in there.

Same problem is also for 3DS Max 2010. Please someone help me about how should I do.
