3D sci-fi puzzle game set in abandoned housing complex? Thread

I was wondering if anyone could help me find a game.

I used to play a game a few years ago (it probably made around 3-5 years ago) , and I was wondering if anyone could remember it. It is a 3D puzzle sci-fi game. It is set in an abandoned housing complex, and you have to solve puzzles and move from place to place by moving furniture across ledges to get across, or to open doors or keep them open, etc. The apartments, inside and outside, are predominantly grey, and are completely empty of people. It begins inside a futuristic house shaped like a dome, and an AI is speaking to you, the character who has just woken up.

The interesting thing was that you could only move furniture or heavy items by switching to the digital world of the housing complex, which looked like a dark blue or green matrix with just the outlines of the apartments visible. There were monsters in this digital version which could kill you, so you had to act as fast as possible. I remember I once had to stack washing machines or fridges to get up onto a ledge. There was also a time when a huge rolling sphere was coming down a ramp behind me, and I had to set up the doors in the apartment so it could roll out.

Does anyone know what this game is called?

It was free to download and was not by a large company, if I remember correctly. The company which made it may have been German, but then I may not be remembering correctly.
