2s Artist Thread

Hi everybody,

I am an amateur pixel artist. I thought I'd post some samples and mockups of my work here. I'm still learning, so feel free to C&C. I am looking for a programmer to work with on indie games. I like the C64/Amiga era games, so that should tell you about my references.

Amateur Pixel Artist? I think you're pretty good already. Your skills are definitely worth using for creating an indie game. I wish you the best of luck!

Hi Bahototh! Like iQew said, your stuff is already very good. I'd recommend looking into Multimedia Fusion. It's an engine that allows you to code via menus, has a very active community, quite a bit of technical capability, and is very easy to learn overall. At least until you can meet a programmer to work with, this'll give you a leg up on your interactive portfolio and maybe even get you a couple Flash games rather quickly. Best of luck!
