Let me iterate for the hundredth time; if you want to recruit people then you have to layout and present yourself and your project in an attractive and professional manner. You can't expect people to just come out of the blue to join you with practically no information surrounding your project, yourself or what you can bring to the table. Plus the last bit of your post asking how to put "pc to ps3" only goes to show in my opinion the complete lack skill and effort being put into this.

Before coming back here to ask for help I suggest you go back and set out a clear plan about your game, write up what it is, how it plays, what you can do, what you need help with. Then you might be in for a chance of finding someone.

Anyone can come up with an idea - in fact, everybody can come up with an idea.
but it's the fewest, close to none, who can make that idea a reality.

Of course I would make a game for you!
