Propaganda Strategy

Political Warfare
Impenetrable Defence - 1CP - Ingenery can now build concrete bunkers.
For the Motherland! - 2CP - Infantry units are now unsuppressable for a short amount of time.
The Juggernaut - 4CP - All killed infantry units respawn at the HQ temporarily.

Artillery Warfare
Trench Systems - 1CP - Ingenery can now build trenches.
Stalin Organ - 2CP - You can now build Katyushas.
God of War - 4CP - All Artillery pieces in the area are now redirected to your sector, unleashing hell on a very large area of the map.

Urban Combat Strategy

Sniper Warfare
Street Fighting - 2CP - Ingenery can now be upgraded with double flamethrowers.
Not one step back! - 2CP - Drops leaflets on friendly infantry units, which receive 50% extra health but cannot move for a limited amount of time.
Sniper Ace - 2CP - You can now infiltrate a Sniper Ace.

Guerilla Warfare
Camouflage - 1CP - All Equipment is now camouflaged, showing the enemy no more icons.
Partisans - 2CP - You can now call-in or infiltrate a unit of Partisans.
The Red Tide - 3CP - Partisans can now run while cloaked.

Breakthrough Strategy

Combined Arms Warfare

Inspiring Speech - 1CP - Infantry units move 1.5 as fast for a limited amount of time.
Tank Riders - 3CP - T-34s can now mount Regulars.
IL-2 Sturmovik - 4CP - A squadron of IL-2 Sturmoviks strafes and bombs an area target.

Tank Warfare
Mechanics - 2CP - You can now call in a squad of Mechanics, who can repair and salvage.
Stalin Tanks - 2CP - IS-2s can now dig in.
Steamroller - 4CP - An ISU-152 enters the Battlefield.

^What does this mean exactly?

Not one step back! - 2CP - Drops leaflets on friendly infantry units, which receive 35% extra health but cannot movefor a limited amount of time.

^This seems kind of silly. Why would leaflets freeze your infantry and increase thier health? I think this should be reworked to drop leaflets on ENEMY units that cause them to have 35% less health for a short time. Leaflets were usually dropped on the enemy to inspire fear ect.

Everything else looks awsome though.

The immobility thing makes since, "Not one step back", the Soviets hold their ground. All though that could be buggy.

Heres how ya fixificate that:Set them to movement 0.0 i think would be it..

OH and i made a mod once..I accidently replaced allied arty strike with v1's..so every artillary shell was a v1..god..five v1's made my ears ring for five minutes..I was zoomed in all the way and volume up..lol..

Will the partisans have the ability to camo themselves cause their tactics were of guerillic nature so they hid themselves and prepared an ambush attack. What I meant was: will they or wont they have camouflage ability?

Guerilla warfare camouflage for 1cp, hiding icons on the map is a bit too much in my opinion, that means that using the tactical map or the mini map will be useless for the axis player, and will make it extremely difficult to counter since he cant overview which units are where, i think this should be reworked for balencing sake, unless i misinterpreted the function of this ability
