This General Necrosis. He is someone you came up with? Cause i can't find any information on him. And his ship being named "Fist of Grievous" Is he related to Grievous somehow?

Try looking for NK-02, he was a droid based off Grievous, and even thought he was the General reborn. The NK-02s were going to be mass produced by the Empire, but the project was canceled and Necrosis was dismantled. I made up his ship the "Fist of Grievous". DT3-005 and TR-C21 are both made-up.
NK-Necrosis was a Grievous-based droid wielding a dual-bladed red lightsaber, who was trained by IG-100 Magnaguards. He had trouble accepting the fact that he was not, in fact, a former Kaleesh warlord trapped in a droid's body, but simply a replica. Found in Star Wars Galaxies: Trials of Obi-Wan.

Darktrooper phase 4? I was under the impression that there were only phases 1 - 3 (with the prototype being called "phase 0").
Phase 4 is my own design, but so far I can't get it to work.

IG-88A on land is a vehicle. Other IG-88 are droids. So they need different repair stations. Strange.
Maybe the droids can either have a modified version of the star forge or a Death Star III
