As stated, this will be a list with all the problems encountered in the mod. Problems of any kind, gameplay, textures, models etc. Post whatever you dealt with.
So, the list:
-Texture Problem with Heraldic Shields. My silliness, nothing game-breaking at all, it will be fixed in the next patch(soon). FIXED
DIPLOMACY BUGS(CANNOT DO ANYTHING PERSONALLY)
-Autoloot bug, Companions don't use Autoloot properly. Just do their items manually, the Diplomacy team will fix that soon.
-Funny Dialog with Deserters. That's a diplomacy thing, cannot do much about it. Probably it will be fixed in a new Diplomacy mod version.
So, I will update constantly the list, but I need from you to write down anything wrong. Post in the comments section and I will get back to you. I always answer and I will try my best to fix anything you deal with(except a broken heart, cannot help you there, I'm afraid:)).

I think autoloot for the companions isn working properly, they are not equipping the armors auto, but they are taking them off if i put them before and they stay without nothing

Yes, Autoloot has a problem, it is a Diplomacy issue, you can see a full bug report here: Assembla.com
Only the Diplomacy team can fix that, I cannot do anything now.
As for the Prison Break quest, I tested it and I don't seem to have that problem. Please, people, anyone else experiencing that and in which castles/towns?

Please fix the formation comands :) I love this mod so far! You should also make the blunderbluss fire sevral bullets instead fo just one.
Already did that, thank you very much for the feedback. It was a native bug of the advanced formations, very easy to fix, but annoying.I will do the thing yuo suggest to the blunderbuss, it will be present in the next version.xD
If you could make only the factions weapons, armor and horses only appear in their cities I would be sooo happy *insert southpark meme here* I cant wait for the next verson! have fun making it ^_^
I could do that, the code is pretty easy to implement and I have considered it, but the answer is no, sorry. The reason is simple: If the goods merchants travel to every city with their products, then every city has products from all the continent. I think that can be applied for weapons and armours too. And there is another, more important reason. If I play a mercenary with a Rhodok company in the service of Swadia, I would be armed as a Rhodok. If Swadia was at war with Rhodoks, then I would have a problem. That's not a imaginary scenario, I had this problem when I played Floris(I was a horse archer in the srvice of Vaegirs, but I couldn't purchase better items, because of the War. So, I apologize, but I probably won't have that feature, sorry.

Nord cavalery do not have any mounts.
Some lether armors make mail and metal sounds.
When you are in castles with stone floor you still get an woody sound when you walk.
Some shields miss their front paint and become "ghost sheilds"
The zweihanders and other new weapons have too short reach even tho they are long as fu**. Kinda makes it confusing when it looks like they hit but they dont.
It's just trifles really, but I thought you would want some feedback on unfinished things :)
