What's new?

Hi there! The Greenlight and IndieGoGo campaigns are still running, a new demo version is online and Legends of Pixelia got some first media coverage. Excited? Read on!

Demo A0.02

Some players from demo version A0.01 reported that they didn't have a chance to survive the very first dungeon floor. That's why I nerfed the first two dungeon floors and added some native healing to newly created heroes. All of the changes below should help new players to survive the first ten to twenty minutes and therefor help getting new players into the game. I'm also working on a tutorial for a future version.


A0.02 Changes:
- Players: "Grounded" animation duration halved
- Players: Added some native heal per room
- Players: Level ups now heal 25% HP
- All Enemies: Attack animation speed reduced
- All Enemies: Stage 1 enemies deal 40% less damage
- All Enemies: Stage 2 enemies deal 20% less damage
- Enemy "Headless": Zombie head shots no longer lift up
- Enemy "Ghost": Increased shock wave skill cooldown
- Destructible "Stone Statue": HP halved (now survives 10 hits)...
- Menu: Players are forced to visit the stat points screen until they used them all
- Menu: Less useless/ one choice only/ empty screens

- Did you manage to beat the first boss? How many bosses did you beat?

There are better-looking ones but they aren't as dev-friendly, so Unity might also be my fave 3d engine :D

The advantages of Unity are: +You can build for nearly all major plattforms +Easy to learn +Great assets pipeline, which supports most 3D packages +Great and helpful community and hundreds of useful tutorials +Good documentation +A big fund as backbone. So this engine will be further developed and getting better +one of the most optimized mobile engines So why I give only 7 out of 10? Well, Unity has unfortunately some really weak points: -Basic version is free. But if you serious about game development…
