Gumpanela Entertainment has developed own technology (game engine) that is capable of handling enormous amount of game objects and elements at very precise level of detail in matter of rendering, animations, physical interactions, behavior and artificial intelligence. This technology also includes several of developer tools, generators and it is complex environment for constructing games as so as other applications.

The engine has been in development off and on for around five years. It won't be long before it's finished (finally!) and the games can start rolling out!

Well, I think those 5 years have paid off well, I know I haven't actually played in the engine, but looking at this, it's almost comparible to the CryEngine, which is no easy feat. So well done :)

Also, how many people have been working on the engine?

Right now, there are two people working on SamOne. Not exactly a robust development team, but we've been puttering along pretty well.
