Ice2D™ is designed to be used for rapid development of multimedia and games in 2D or ISO metric view with some simple 3D Cut scenes available. Features include Fast sprite engine, isometric maps and objects, tweening, particle effects, bitmap fonts, game scene manger, flexible rendering with directX9. Many Source codes examples provided in Vb.net C# for vs.2010 and vb classic / vb6 or other COM enabled languages
