Description

Some testing World Decals. They are now handled on a global scope in the game scripts. This does not change decals on the engine layer. In fact one World Decal maps to 1 or more engine decals depending on where they are. They can also be recreated if the surface beneath changes. A feature not doable that easy with other engines.
