The Cyclone Game Engine is a cross-platform 2D/3D game engine built upon MonoGame and the XNA Framework to help make it easier and save time creating games. The engine is still in its infancy stages of development. It is primarily built to serve the needs of Steel Cyclone Studios' game projects. More updates are coming so stay tuned!!!
The following video is for demonstration purposes. This is the Cyclone Game Engine's latest vehicle physics test running in-game using JigLibX 4.0. I modified the source to improve the vehicle controls and physical behavior. I have been having some fun tweaking and improving how the monster truck handles. You can now power slide and take tight turns while letting off the gas. Later I plan on adding a dust particle trail effect behind the tires while the player is driving.
