URWLNV Ultimate Edition v1.0 is the successor of Nevada Skies URWLified v7.15. This mod is a mod which attempts to make lighting more realistic then vanilla.***** The main goal of this mod is to make a weathermod that is like URWLified, but with the scripting capabilities of URWLENB-FO3 and at the same time be compatible with ENB configs. So you can play with this mod without ENB, and with ENB, and also with ENB with nightvision support.***** There are 38 weathers in the mod, they can be enabled/disabled individually in the Climates. There are 8 special moods, 14 clear/cloudy weathers, 12 cloudy/overcast weathers and 4 rainy/snowy weathers. Rainy/Snowy weather can be enabled/disabled in the climate and can be enabled/disabled to appear scripted.***** There are a bunch of OPTIONAL extra's in the installer like better moon textures, sunglare, less glowing dust meshes, a weather forcing plugin, new nightsky and a plugin to enable the weather in Project Brazil.

I don't play with TTW,
Reason i did not try it is when it just came out, many people had problems with it, and later i just forgot about it.
Does it work OK these days ?

But there is a slight problem in FO3 having a different ambiance then New Vegas, so i probably would have to write a entirely new mod, and i really don't want to make a entire new mod again.

It works well with TTW, TTW is now an almost fully functional mod I haven't had any issues with it thus far with 130+ hours with the latest version, with mods installed along with it too. so I can attest to it's success and easier installation now.

i tried it too, but it doesn't look very good in the FO3 part, New Vegas is fine indeed, but FO3 not so much, but that is because i play with ENB, if you play without, it should be fine.
That being said, the weather in the FO3 part is not scripted, so there is no functionality there. you can ofcourse force weather there, but that's about all you can do there.

It does work ok now even with mods like FOOK, Project Nevada, NVEC(although some require patches to work). Its gone a long way since it was released. I use URWLified 7.15 with and it worked fine, with the exception of some stuff, such as some weathers not having some color values, thus causing a "blackout" whenever those weathers came in.

However, that is easily fixed by applying TTW's color values for those weather types into URWLified through FNVedit. Nonetheless, there is another problem, which is that whenever any weather types were triggered in the Capital Wasteland, they lasted about 30 seconds, I don't think anyone knew why that happened, I'm guessing it's something interfering with the weather scrips.

???, this mod is for New Vegas, if you use it any other way it will not function correctly.

So do NOT use it with TTW.
Or, you can use it with TTW but then you cannot complain or make statements about it not working correctly in any way, cause it is not ment to be used with something else then plainly New Vegas (optionally with all DLC's) or Project Brazil.

If you are knowledgable enough about mods and you can make it compatible fine, then release a patch for TTW, but don't say it doesn't work correctly if you use it outside of the intended scope.

May I inquire as to how you got night vision working in your enb preset? This has been bugging me a lot lately, because I've been looking for an enb preset that has support for night and thermal vision, and Blackout doesn't really fit my taste.

i enabled #Applygamecolorcorrection in enbeffect.fx, but if you just enable this in for instance Midhrastic the entire ENB gets messed up, so you have to configure and re-tweak the entire ENB to get a desired result.

So it's not a question of simply enabling #Applygamecolorcorrection, and most of the time a "regular" ENB config stops working anyway if you just enable it.

So it needs to build from the ground up for the most part.

Congrats, Marcurios. Looks very realistic, the weather variety is far better than with NSkies Urwl. I only need a little bit of time to adjust myself to the new version since the old urwl is more colorful and I've been using that for a long time now but in any case I'll stick with this one ;) The latest enb version is also a big plus, the performance hit seems smaller than with previous enbs. The weather menu is very simple with many options, the night brightness and the ability of using the Night vision makes it so much better. I've never asked you about this but why is there no version for Fo3?

No cons so far...the only slight glitch happens when I switch from enb to the ordinary setup (shift + f12) and some trees/grass models (I believe they are from the Wasteland Flora mod) become a blurry image that dissapears after 3 seconds or so.
Also I've noticed that unlike the Fo3 version the SSAO doesn't work well with a custom sunglare. But the SSAO makes a much bigger impact on a picture here than in fo3 in my opinion so my decision is clear.

Color/saturation can be added by installing The Imaginator.
Since the ENB keeps ISM's active all those mods will work.

There will be a version for FO3 but that will take some time, cause i first need to do some stuff for Project Brazil now, otherwise i'll never come round to that, and i promised those guys to retexture the world and do their weather and sound, so i'll have my hands full for the moment.

I don't use the wasteland flora mod cause those meshes don't play well with ENB, i have my own flora mod, so i wouldn't know about that.

i used ENB wrapper .161 with FO3, but the final version will use .216 or higher, that would take care of the SSAO and also the transparency problems.

So I was wondering if you could combine all the DLC esps into ONE esp, for people who have all DLCs, like mua (and most everyone) :). Load orders are a precious thing (I was actually thinking of uninstalling b/c there's 5 esps and 1 esm I have to use) and condensing 4 down to 1 is always good. Let me know!

Not in BETA stage.
If i'm ready i will make a merged esm for people who have the New Vegas Ultimate edition.
But doing that now would force me to make a merged esm every time i make a new version, and that is just too much unnecessary work, would cost me to much precious time.

you should ask this at the ENBSeries forums, i'm not an expert on ENB errors.
But from what you tell me it sounds like you have Anti Aliasing or Water Displacement enabled in the Fallout Settings app.
Disable those two.

It only works with HDR.
The mod itself also works with bloom, but the ENB needs HDR.
And that's the way it should be played, i have not tested the mod itself with bloom, nobody plays with bloom anymore.

Then you could have disabled the clear weathers while you where there, i did not built this possibility in the mod for nothing.
Be a little inventive please instead of playing on with nice weather you do not want..
Personally i kinda dislike it when people do not think a bit.
I built in all these options because people asked me to, and now they're not using it..sigh..

I'm also using the provided preset, but I have an issue with it. For some reason the shadows are super dark, and the detailed shadow effect is messed up. What I mean is the detailed shadows look like they are getting cut off, for example a shadow of my character might just be a leg or two and his torso.

As for the dark shadows, it is much more pronounced indoors. I've tried messing with the lighting settings (I'm no newbie to ENB presets) but no matter what I do the areas with light have just about perfect lighting, but the dark areas are pitch black. This may sound good (and is great for caves, etc) but the transition is very quick, for example in the Mojave outpost the areas in front of the two windows are nice and bright, but the area in front of the door between them is pitch black.

I got the issue fixed, and the shadow glitch is just a problem with ENB.

Anyway, please let me know if you are still working on this. What you have so far is a great foundation.

I understand, but since modding isn't bringing any food to the table, i diverted my attention to the real work and make game assets that do reward me, and at the same time make a game from that too, i am a very poor guy so i need income.
So i don't think i will get back to modding any time soon.
