Well i don't know for others but it don't works for me : when i launch the .exe file it says "this file is not compatible with your current version of windows ..." to tell you i'm using windows 7 so it should work but the patch is also incredibly light so i don't know.

Hi, thanks again for you update on the already awesome mod :)
One quick question, why do you removed the feature to place turrets where you want them? why they need an control field again?
Is this a preparation for a campaign mode? or is this because (human) players spawn turrets like crazy over the map?
People like to cheese and abuse them, build them into people's bases or attack with turrets. Like for example taking a unit with line of sight and deepstriking a Doomsday Monolith into it. Bright side: Turrets give off a control radius now, and mines will be more useful. :)
Yeah i get it, now it IS harder to defend the base, since you just cannot buil up a "turret wall", but after playing some games, it is more fun. Espacially against demons, since their turret are fairly strong and built themselves up. and for proper defences you can built walls.
After updating this patch, the tyranid sounds when using it sounds all the time "Beeep, Beeep",on each units and structures.
can anyone help this fix?
A problem on your end unfortunately. Re download and reinstall as the sounds do tend to go nuts for 1 of approximately 500 others.
If just Tyranids? Probably want to reinstall Tyranid mod.
It works now of reinstalling the whole UA THB and patch updated.

I got a Malware hit from this same patch (v1.81.29) as well, called: RiskWare.Tool.HCK (EDIT: Every single mirror has it.)
I got a virus report too. Odd.
Can you make turret change an addon or reversing it an addon please?
The video was fun to watch, but it would be nice if you posted a regular pastebin changelog too. More convenient that way.
EDIT: Also, was the turret change actually mentioned in the changelog?

Can someone help me? Im having issue with patching anything, Im still on version 1.8.553 and when i try to patch the game it doesnt work. Hell I even tried reinstalling!

the regular and the "new" soulstorm .exe have different sha-1 checksums so i guess it's a new version?

Hi Lord when I press the exe file it disappear and i don't have anti virus
It installed fine and I have had UA for a while now but I saw a video on youtube and when the person zooms out He/Her can see everything... When I zoom out the screen becomes foggy and I cant see anything, any fixes?
Are you using an apocalypse map or not? Because I have found non-apocalised maps make the fog when zooming out.

i dont where it says wath mods you need to install when i go tho the gane and start with a mod its says failed to activate game srr for bad english^^

Getting a "Failed to create dump file: Error 183" message when attempting multiplayer, followed by a freeze. Any explanation?
The "Failed to create dump file: Error 183" making the game CTD even after i tweaked a lot of the options, even had a 1v1 with space marines and it just crashes at loading scenario now. This started to happen only after I switched to Windows 10. If anyone knows a solution, post it here as i see there are a few others who share this error.
For me, the problem was the CPU (not the GPU), since i was monitoring both, and when I lowered the shadows and terrain detail the CTD never came.
