Description
The Specialists, is an action mod created by Filippo "Morfeo" De Luca and Lorenzo "John_Matrix" Pasini, and built on by a strong willed community. The standards of the First Person Shooter still apply, but are augmented by an intuitive stunt system, slow motion action, hand to hand combat with fists and an array of melee weapons, customizable firearms, and the ability to play from a third-person camera. The Specialists 3.0 has a number of interesting gamplay modes. It features the traditional Deathmatch and Team Deathmatch, but also contains several unique play types. The One Mode, for example, pits one super-powered player against an onslaught of other players, who try and kill “The One” and take his place. Last Man Standing works like regular DM, but players sit out when they die until only one player remains. And, new to 3.0 is Capture the Briefcase, which puts a new TS-style spin on the old favorite, Capture the Flag.

Hey everyone!
First of all - this mod is the best thing ever, better than most standalone games being sold out there...
Ok, here's the thing: I'm working with wine (newest version) under ubuntu 10.04 and I can run my copied half-life folder from ol' stinkin' windows. So to make it clear: I have no Steam! Is that a requirement??
Because my problem is: first, after installing the mod into my hl folder, I could change to it in my hl menu, but the menu buttons n stuff didnt change. But here comes the real problem: when I created a LAN server, after maybe 2 or 3 secs it just crushed.
After copying the old 2.1 ts client.dll (see Dutz14) into the cl_dlls folder from ts, I could actually join the server I created in LAN, add bots n stuff, but I could start playing myself! After trying to hit the fire button, the game crashed.
Any ideas? pleazzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz...

Wow it took me so long to find this. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS!!!!!!!!! Its true this game is better then most games sold today, 2/12/2011! And its a HL1 Mod! I wish a company would adopt this idea and make a game like this, its a million dollar idea just waiting to be milked, the first person shooter world would eat this up, I cant show this to someone without a jaw dropping response from them. It truly maybe the very best game ever made! Thanks AGAIN!

This mod is ******* insane! Ive been playing it the last 5 hours! Since I downloaded it,its been nonstop! I defintely recommend getting this its awesome and a fantastic shooter. :D

Can't play it, My screen flickers on the download box, And when i pause it, It shows the game and when i unpause it it flickers again.

i keep getting an error message saying that the ts_bikini map has an fd11 error does anyone know how to fix this?
i think this game have two new weapons,contender g2 and scorpion,the contender secondary function is melee??
