teXML for TW / RA3 Mod SDK file

Also it cleans up your directories of obsolete XML files if there's no corresponding image files present any more. More than that: You can also ignore specific directories within your main directory, which might be useful for the "mapped images" stuff or dummy file for the World Builder.
