Error 103 LOLZ!! But it says Setup is unable to find _SETUP.DLL, which is needed to complete the installation. Error 103
But I have _SETUP.DLL still not working plz this is must fix.
If you have any problem with mod's installer, try to use a compatibility mode (Windows XP or Windows 98) for its' *.exe

Although I didn't notice anything anime related apart from the anime pictures and the anime girl on the hazard suit...
