Description
Swat 2's movies were originally encoded with a codec that doesn't work with modern versions of Windows. This file contains replacement movies that have been encoded in the popular XVID codec.

Sorry for very late reply. I really need to revisit this site more often to look for comments.
I had to change the permission for a DirectX windows file ("dplayx.dll") to get to work. I had to change it from "READ" to "FULL CONTROL"

hey I know this is a old mod but it no longer works
Not really a mod. All it does is replace the movies with re-encoded versions that are more Windows 8/10 friendly.
It still works.
