Have not got a lot done in the time since the last update, been busy with 'stuff'. But, this is what I have done:


I've finished what I started with 'Doug's Starfighter Mod'*:

 A-wings and TIE-Interceptors have launchers which fire modified Concussion missiles. (I call 'em Homing Rockets)
These rockets:Deal less damage than standard Concussion missiles, And can only target Fighters and Bombers.This ability is a passive one. (Is always on)

X-Wings, as per the previous demo I uploaded:
Can activate an ability which allows them to fire torpedos at ships.
This mode has an INFINITE duration, however (If I have done this right)the torpedos will fire like this:
Torp1
 - Wait 5 seconds -
Torp2
- Wait 5 seconds - 
Torp3
- Wait 5 seconds - 
Torp4
 - Wait at least 60 seconds -
And repeat
.As of this release, these torpedos will fire at anything larger than Fighters/Bombers.
Again, while this ability is active, X-wings cannot fire lasers.

Canonically, TIE-Fighters were not equipped with torpedos, so I have not done so here.
HOWEVER (For the sake of balance): Their lasers fire faster, and have a shorter recharge time than other fighters.
Please test and provide feedback, suggestions for expanding on these changes welcome.

At the moment, I am working on adding a secondary to the Starviper Squadrons.
However, the kind of already have one in the form of those damn Buzz Droids. (Which kind of fill the role of Homing Rockets)
Do you think I should:
a) Add Homing Rockets to the Starvipers anyway?
b) Add Torpedos to the Starvipers?
c) Give the Starvipers NO SECONDARY WEAPON? (Keep the Buzz Droids, but up the lasers like the TIE-Fighter)
d) Add Homing Rockets to the Starvipers, but remove the Buzz Droids?
e) Add Torpedos to the Starvipers, but remove the Buzz Droids?
f) Leave the Starvipers exactly the way they are?

i say leave the Star Vipers as they are. they were a bit op in vanilla FoC, lets see if they are can be played with the buffed fighters first.

if you could, you should make the tie fighters fire like in the movies, in bursts 5- 6 shots then a 1-2 seconds to reload. I think that would balance it out.

It would take a lot of testing, but you could make homing missiles that explode(spawn buzz droids from the missiles).

Maybe missles fire, and the detonation particle is that of Buzz Droids?
And change the Damage type of whatever missile is used so that it deals it in the same manner as Buzz Droids? (i.e do damage over time)
Could work you know, good idea.

I've got an essay to finish off, and a test to study for, but after that I'll be working on this again more often.
