what a great thing to wake up to
Their OPness is quite strong but almost needed. Producing at an equal pace as UED while being on equal number of bases is very difficult, they have no splash, no crowd control, so they can be swarmed by small cheap units very easily and get insanely out-matched.
While the Leviathan almost completely locks down the potential, but at the same time it's insanely good against ALL ground units. Like, really really good. The Falcon's Anti-Air capabilities being absolutely horrible against Capital ships can help ease out that cost-efficiency of the Leviathans.
Suggestions:
1. Make Inquisitors easier to access and make their Guardian Shield range longer. They are an incredibly important unit for early-game Infantry forces and will be invaluable when combined with mech forces.
2. Sabatours are very bad and useless. Their speed boost does almost nothing, though I see what you were trying to do with it. (Allow it to get out faster once it's found.) I think giving their attack a very small AoE (Like 0.50 AoE range) will patch up the UED's lack of crowd control and make Sabatours extraordinarily useful in army fights.

2a. If you don't want to give Sabatours AoE, give the Spearback AoE. It's big explosions already look like it should do AoE. It can do 25% or even 50% reduced damage, just SOMETHING. Endless amounts of Marines are insanely difficult for UED to deal with unless you use the Leviathan. And if you're going to use the Leviathan, you might as well go full air because making anything else will just be a waste of supply.
3. For the cost of having no weapon and only slight damage reduction, I think Igor's Defense Mode isn't quite worth using especially in larger fights with heavy damage amounts. It's mostly only useful against large groups of lower health units but it's honestly not going to help much with the issues above as-is.
So, I'm thinking either increase the movement speed by about 25 or 30% when in Defense Mode will allow it to close distances between units like Siege Tanks or Thors or other big-badass units it looks like it's meant to take down will help it out in that role. It'll be much easier to use in larger fights and probably won't really effect it much in smaller fights, especially ones the Igor would win in anyway. (Like, 1 or 2 Siege Tanks Vs 1 or 2 Igors)
Alternatively, you can just increase the damage reduction. Also make sure the Damage Reduction effects it's shields, as it does not appear to do so. (Shields are very awkward in BW, they by default have nothing reduced to them. No attack types do more or less damage.)

4. Chrono Battlesuits will be pretty fine as-is if the Guardian Shield range is increased. However, a slight attack speed boost wouldn't hurt.
5. A LOT of UED stuff has Explosive damage. Like, a lot a lot. This may also have something to do with how poorly the entire Faction does against units like Marines. Try experimenting with Concussive on a few units, particularly the Chrono Battlesuit or the Inquisitor.
6. Finally, addressing the current unit I only use as UED: The Leviathan. It fills so many roles that that the UED needs. It's quite overpowered.
Changing their Phalanx Gun damage to Concussive is a good start on getting them on the track of a Harassment + Skill-Based Power Multiplier unit. (It has a lot of relation to the Mutalisk, and I feel that's a good thing to compare it too and a good thing to try and make it like)
It's attack on the move ability just makes it insanely easy to strafe, avoid AA Splash damage like the Thor, and go in and out of range of other units such as Marines or Thors. The actual strafing ability itself is fine and really cool. But the attack on the move has to go for this unit's skill ceiling to rise and it's cost-efficiency be reduced.
(Extra Thoughts)
Terror Drones just don't do the job of taking out Marines good enough. It's especially bad that they're a suicide unit and are slower then stimmed Marines even with their speed upgrade. I don't think you should go with the Suicide idea at all. Perhaps give them a Disabling Lash ability like Terror Drones in RA3, and make their basic attack launch themselves like they usually do in Red Alert. I'm sure that won't be too hard with IScripts. It'd be like Blink or something but it goes off every time it attacks. (Slower attack speed would be necessary.)
Inquisitors should be a bit more durable, since they're not a dedicated spellcaster but they have 150 gas cost. That's pretty high for FF, Guardian Shield, and an Anti-Structure/Large unit ability that probably won't get used much.
Perhaps the Inquisitor's missile ability could be a target point that does AoE and Concussive damage, so it does really good against clumped up low-health units.

The WModeFix.DLL kept setting off my anti virus, I don't know why, but you may want to look into it.
It's because it injects code into StarCraft. Most Anti-Virus look at Injectors as a bad thing. (Albeit for a good reason)

*Fix the KMC AI (because KMC SCV's are like Consortium Drudges from Starfront Collision (they morph into buildings), a mobile game similar to starcraft made by gameloft)

*A campaign where dominion and kmc mercenaries fight each other then later the UED joins the fray

Is it possible a building that can make units while it is flying?

and the example is with the factory, but I don't know if the trick is a bug or an extensive trigger (because an UMS map is used), if it is possible maybe you can apply in the starport or other building that makes "flying units". It would be different to the protoss carrier in: number of units, different kind of units.

Had a weekend with family and many multiplayer battles. This is one of the best mods I have played. Fantastic work. I would be willing to do some Voice Over for the missions if you need sound files.
Issues:
lockdown on mission 2 sometimes causes a crash
the helicopter is a bit OP
the night shade is almost broken as an early unit (we died every time our best player used them in mass)
Dominion Marine unit is a touch weak (maybe add 25% health and an upgrade for 25% more)
second mission has unit placement errors
also could not build Odin or Loki on 3rd mission
The experimental starport bomber is a bit weak in both health and damage done
Suggestions:
the power units are great, we all love the maarp. Personally, I would enjoy one faction that was better at massing marines or some other basic unit. Even having mutlitpe upgrades is fine but nothing can contend with the revenge and thor.
bunker health is worthless. there should be an upgrade to double its health, something in addition to the building armor upgrade. Additionally, the splash effect on units within a bunker kinda sucks. maybe one race could have a shielded bunker. Additionally, it would be very helpful to select the bunker and hit A to choose the target with all units in the bunker.
The centurion is a great unit, tho it might be cool to have an upgrade to add minor EMP damage to its shot. If it could be used to drain shields and energy it would be a very versatile unit. It would also add a level of protection in bunkers.
It might be a cool use of units to combine the Valkyrie and the drop ship for one of the factions, either the Dominion or KMC. That way its a multi function threat.
Along the same lines an anti-air flack cannon would be cool. Something with enough health to survive a yamato cannon and still deal some aerial splash damage.
All these are merely suggestions, the purpose is to change the tactics that most people use for a typical BW game. I love what you guys have done. Keep it up.

I played the 2nd mission of the campaign listed and when I gathered all the battlecruisers and was about to fight Duke's fleet the game crashed while I also got a message saying unit Jackson's revenge unplaceable. I also had a similar crash when I was testing out the Enslavers mission 1 campaign

Dude......this game is unreal,,great work only downside in my opinion is that there isn't any biological races(like zerg) but that's not much considering the scope of this mod.,.,adds a whole new challenge to an old game that many people have mastered already,and the AI holy shiet its def upgraded from the OG game, once again great work on reinventing a classic.
One thing though where's the WADS control!!! Using the directional buttons are making me a twisted mess lol
