Resident Evil Alternative Chronicles
Hey fellas, there it goes, the third version of RE : AC, and in my opinion, the real version of this mod.
Okay, so here goes the features :
The Campaign : 4 missions, with 1 "bonus" mission, wich is the prelude of the next release.
- The Arrival
- The Real Investigation Begins
- Dead Flowers
- Sad old memories
- Jill's Nightmare (bonus mission)
The Mercenaries : Like Resident Evil 4 and 5, it's a bonus content, where you have to survive zombie wave until evacuation in 5 differents maps.
- Raccoon Town
- Wasteland
- The Outpost
- Lemanzavo
- Hell's Gate
The old releases : 2 Maps from the previous releases, and one unreleased map. (The first map that I made for the mod)
- The First Mansion (Bugs, Lags ...)
- Umbrella Outpost
- Lemanzavo (Bugs)
For the campaign, there is a new gameplay, with fix camera angles, you can find a tutorial on "how to survive in Resident Evil Alternative Chronicles" in the moddb page of the mod, be sure to read it.
INSTALATION
1) Be sure to have at least the v1.17.5 of Mow working
2) Delete any previous version of the mod
3) Extract ( with winrar) the first part of the mod, in "505games/Men of war/Mods folder" (if the mods folder doesn't exist, just create it)
4) Extrat the part 2 of the mod in "Men of war/mods/Resident Evil Alternative Chronicles/ Resource" folder.
5) Launch the game, go in the options, turn on RE : AC, restart the game, and you're good to go !
That's it ! All the stuff that I used are in the moddb page of the mod, or in the read me file of the mod.

Where do i put the folder on the steam version?
steamapps/Menofwar/mods/you put the folder here
in my steamapps folder theres not a folder that is men of war all i have is a ncf file that is men of war
steamapps/common/menofwar/mods/mod goes here
Just like when trying to find a directory you have to SOMETIMES make a folder called Mods.
When I first played this mod, the first version, I must say I wasnt impressed, since it was basicly a copied mission from another mod except with modern units and a new map. This mod has come a long way, so good going!
Haha I was such a noob in these old days ... Now it has nothing to see with the previous versions !
As I said on the first page of the comments it has come a long way since it very first ever started. I remember downloading it on Christmas Eve and played it all day on Christmas day & Boxing day rather than playing new games that i got for Christmas cause it was so good. I also went as far as trying to make my own maps in the Gem editor to play the mod on. The last version is very good and soon when Foxboro releases the final version it will be definitely worth the wait! Smile for the end will be near soon and then we can all play Resident Evil literally on the PC on Men of War: Assault Squad ;)

everytime I launch the game it starts but when it loads it says run time error. Do I need stalker zone and those other mods to play

i have problems whit yor mod
does this only work for men of war or could it work for men of war assault squad?

the problem is that i can fit very little stuff in my men so i don't hell know how to fix that can you help me pls? i think everybody does have this problem and i really need it this is a nice mod but this problem can be fixed by you or me by removing it from the folder you gotta fix this man

Haha It's normal that you have less space on the box, it's a survival horror, you can't carry 10 weapons + 40 grenades anymore ;)
But if i wanna play the GEM editor my all units have less inventory space

You can create a file and upload it, we can replace it too!
Couldn't you just disable the mod?The editor is probably using the inventory from the mod. o_o

i put part2 in resource but i can't open the game ...why?

Nvm different problem. I get a "define not found (esdlreader.cpp, 326)" error when I start the game. Even with extracting part 2 into the resources. What do I do!?!?
Fixed it. The mod works for regular men of war and I was trying it on assault squad.

so is this for assualt squad i go on im downloading part 2 now when i put some units out i carnt pick what player yeam they be on and when i put guns out what came with this i pick one up and come up with a red mark and i carnt control the new units in gem editor
