Keeps crushing at "processing flags"
Delete cache and use version 3.03
Try the following: From the flag files of the mod, copy paste this to the flagfiles in your documents folder: "flagfiles.tga", "flagfiles.txt", "flagfiles_communist.tga", "flagfiles_communist.txt", "flagfiles_fascist.tga", "flagfiles_fascist.txt", "flagfiles_monarchy-tga", "flagfiles_monarchy.txt", "flagfiles_republic-tga", "flagfiles_republic.txt".
sry guys, seems like i need further help to play this:
1) "Delete cache" where and how?
2) copy flag files from which folder? (Victoria2\mod\PDM\gfx\flags) does not include the files you posted.
This worked for me, but now it crashes at creating rivers.

I dont know why but every time I try to open the game, after the loading screen it crashes. I have 3.03 on but I dont know if its a problem with the file or if im doing something wrong.

Não funciona e sim tenho a versao 3.03 e sim apaguei o cache..tentei todas as versoes mas nenhuma funfa

Do nada quando jogo com qualquer nação mesmo não estando em guerra o game finaliza e aparece "You are Anexed" WTF, é tão tryhard assim? AHUSAHSU
Hi i could do with some help. Every time i launch the game it always crashes at "Processing Flags". How would i fix this problem?
Try install Microsoft Visual 2005 SP1 X86(32bits), Works here. Good Luck!
Managed to get it to work.
I deleted the Cache in the Maps folder and restarted the game then ran the mod. It worked after that!
