Install the Latest Patch from MaxPayne2 and start again,
if it doesnt help then go to the Shortcut from MP2 and right click then behind the Path write "-developer" or "-developer -developerkeys"
Sry this Beta is really Bugged anyway,but its Funny to Play!

Deactivate Pixel Shader in Options Menu.
Exception in engineInit:R_Script: Unknown variable "anim\my\ryu_backroundhouse.kf2"
in [message]/[properties]/[modifiers]/[Chateau_Playe r.txt]!
Activate -developer in the Startparameters, then everything will be fine.

make sure you have developerkeys activated in startparameters, then you can change Characters pressing Page Up and Page down.

Kung Fu is kinda bugged cause sometimes advanced moves and normal moves get mixed together so, please fix this and
overall this mod is great
