Nethereich - If the Netherlands Won WW1 v1.1 file

to install this follow these simple fcking instructions
-download it
-place the zip file in your mod folder which should be here (Documents/Paradox Interactive/Hearts of Iron IV/mod)
-extract it there using something like 7zip or WinRAR
-move the empty folder called (Nethereich_If_The_Netherlands_Won_WW1_user_dir) into the Hearts of Iron IV folder, which is here (Documents/Paradox Interactive/Hearts of Iron IV)
-done
