No, because then only a few PSP owners could use it. Mostly just 5.50 GEN or 5.00 M33. I'm on ME-2 you jerk. A PTF would make everyone happy.
Well, personally if I made a PSP theme it'd be CTF. PTF's are very restricting, and I've seen very few PTF's that actually look good. Also, He wasn't being a jerk, he was simply asking a question.
Anyway, if you want CFW, try 6.20 PRO B-8 w/ Permanent Patch. No Pandora or Magic Memory Stick required. You may need to downgrade, though. There. Now can we have a CTF?
