Your mod does not work.
I've had no success trying to install this mod. My Medieval 2 game is thorugh Steam but I don't think thats the problem. Can anyone give me a step by step install process or let me know what the most common problems are?

I can't change the target into "D:\Medieval\medieval2.exe" it says it is invalid
This mod looks amazing but I can't get it to work, I followed the instructions exactly. And the instructions are confusing at best. I think a step by step video or something of that sort would make this mod perfect.
me too i think mod is awesome,i do everything like you whrote in additional help, but it dont give me to change text in the target box, pls help :(

For the guy who don't know how to install:
1. unrar Medieval2_Units_Addon_v1_1
2. select file Medieval
3. copy all the data inside and paste to your game folder
4. click on the medieval.ink to play(only this icon would apply the addon unit into the game)
hope u guy would understand(at least it my experience and it work)

alredy copy and paste everythink on mod to the game files and then dont know what should i do next... lol
I got it to work. But i didnt use the shortcut changing target method coz it never worked due to invalid target. Instead i used Method C which can be found in the installation instructions from the downloaded files. Just scroll all the way down and you can see it. Just add "[io]
file_first = true" to the very bottom of medieval 2 preference in notepad. Save it and tick for read only and launching it from original executable will get it working. PS.(Author's installation instructions suck)

Hi I have a problem with the mod, and installed it as instructed, but I say to start the game from me medieval2.ink not load the screen and goes to the desk without saying anything and also when booting from the original shortcut jumps me medieval total war 2 error to errors found and must be closed. The game version is v1.0 and not unpacked, disculppen my English use a translator

CAN ANYONE WHO HAS THIS DAMN MOD INSTALLED WITH THE STEAM VERSION JUST TELL PEOPLE HOW TO DO IT. don't just sit there and say yay i got it to work.

Please add unit addon mod 1.1 unit Turkish Auxiliaries or they are also called Janissary Infantry. Whereas this mod works for me but unit addon mod 1.1 is better it has extra units but I couldn't find it on Internet.
