DUDE, why would you not have Ep2 already installed??? I have kept every game in the half-life franchise installed on my pc since I got em!
The Half Life games have not aged well (without mods). Half Life 2 and the episodes, while great, didn't have much replay value for me :(
I played Far Cry more than Half Life 2 and the episodes because I am more interested in having more freedom in my games (which is why I have played mostly vanilla of each of Far Cry, Stalker, Mount and Blade, and Team Fortress 2 more than I have ever played HL2 and the episodes *combined*).
You must have something wrong with you because I could play all the games in the Half-Life franchise for the rest of my life.

It's been 10 years for me. Well, actually 11 years, but I'm still playing these games. I will probably replay these games every 5-10 years until I die. Incredible experience every time, but you gotta be careful not to overdo it so it has the same impact each time. I had the good pleasure of being able to play Black Mesa for the first time as well which enhanced this playthrough experience. I can't tell you how excited I am to replay BM in 2032.
I'm actually digging deeper into the mod scene than I did last time, something I never thought I'd do now that I have less free time than before. That's why I'm here now!

Well, the episodes are much more advanced than the root HL2. I prefer EP2 over all the installments tbh. Valve was starting to get into the game in a much better way.

Just got through playing it, and I gotta say: great job! I thought it was pretty damn awesome when I played it for the first time, but with the revamped maps it's just amazing beyond words. Outstanding job, you from here on out have a life long tracker!
Please, can you make a .rar or .zip archive version? I has problems with installation, I has steam but this installer don't want to install this mod( 4put.ru ), and why I can't select installation directory?

I hate self-extracting .exe because I almost always has problems with this, I love .rar or .zip archives because with they I never has problems.

Wonderful mod with high quality mapping and compelling gameplay. 10/10
Great work. Really impressed with textures and balance. Double rainbow was a nice touch. Only suggestion would be to implement subtitles. I couldn't understand a thing that was said at the end.

I installed it and tried playing it but for some reason an error came up said that it couldn't find a menu file, what is the solution to this problem?

Can't find background image materials/console/startup_loading.vtf
I have the same problem than oleg375 in several other mods, but for this, "Failed to load launcher dll". Why theses problems ?

hi guys,
i keep getting the error that it could not find the background image and than it stops loading.
i downloaded the new SDK for transisions elements 120 which works perfect now.
what could be the problem?

i used this and the steam pip patch and when i load the game it crashes
I use the down-loader and run on steam but then it says that startup is missing???
