The first official patch for Legacy Era: Second Imperial Civil War.
Patch 1.1
This is mainly a functionality update. Future patches will focus more on adding content.
Do NOT do the following: post about bugs on the main page for the mod. ONLY post on the forums Legacyeramod.boards.net or in the comments below. I WILL ignore your post if it is on the main page because that is not where bugs should be posted. Thank you ;) .
Changes:
-fixes problem with icons and GUI textures being messed up
-ability to build capital ships as the GA in GC
-Sabertooth boarding ability removed (temporarily)
-S/R ShaShore Frigate moved to Starbase level 3 (skirmish)
-S/R ShaShore heavy turbolasers downgraded to medium turbolasers
-Fixed problem with Tri-Scythe having an indestructible hardpoint
-Adds Mynock and Indomitable to skirmish
-Fixed Mynock text and projectiles
-GA Remnant AI no longer builds the Imperious during GC
-removes tractor beam from I/I ShaShore Frigate
-several other changes
To install: place files into folders of the same name in the Mod's Data folder, i.e. xml files in xml folder.

hey, ummm, seriously??? you named your patch "Data.zip"? you couldn't take the extra time to give the dang patch the real name that you have given every where else? Like in what this page that i'm typing on is titled? Namely, "Legacy Era SICW Patch 1.1"? wow it took me less than a minute to rename it to what it should have been. I guess you had an emergency to take care of while you were finishing up this patch. I hope everything worked out correctly.

If your're not happy with the the way the uploader does things, go make your own damned mod.
@mikey1871 Please get over it, you're really overreacting. You coudn't take the extra time to rename it yourself? No one is making you download this patch or play this mod. I could have not added a patch at all. At least be grateful and remember this is just a GAME that I mod in my free time and do not gain anything from. The point is that is shows the directories for placing the files so it wouldn't have made sense for it to have the name "Legacy Era SICW Patch 1.1" anyway. Other mods have done this as well, it's not a big deal.

Dont know if you notest but mods are FREE and cheesecake didnt have to make it but he did it for us for FREE.

thanks for the patch, can you tell me, as far as you know, have you fixed all indestructible ships due to HP issue or whatever??
also, may i ask, why did you make the Imperious not buildable for GA AI in GC? I may know answer, is it because the Imperious should only be a Krayt ship?
i ask these questions, because i plan on making a custom GC, and i am gathering info.

Yup you're correct about the Imperious.
I am sorry that after installing your patch, I can still find numerous problems...
In gc, Empire still cant build Pellaeon SD, Imperious SD, Krayt Destroyers and the Nemesis SSD while GA Remnant can build Blue Driver but cannot build any Scythe Cruisers...both sides do not have any heros also on gc...
I remembered you had posted the Scythe-missing fix on gamefront but can you post it on moddb as I or some other people are blocked from downloading on gamefront...
Pellaeon and Imperius and those "big" ships can only by build on kuat and other special planets.
but I cant even build any Scythes on Mon Calamari....
Forgot to include the Scythe file, I re-uploaded the patch with it.
Btw, I cant go to Nal Hutta in gc in any means or in any factions...after I have conquered all planets, the Nal Hutta was still being locked and no hyperlanes can get access to it...

I seem to be having trouble running the mod. I installed the mod and the patch, but when I start the game, it crashes before it reaches any intro cutscene, menu, basically just freezes at a black screen. Does this mod have issues with 64 bit? Because I have the RAM fix patch installed. My other mods are working fine (well mostly, one of them seems to be missing the GC that goes with it), so I am wondering if it was either the RAM fix issue or if I possibly installed the mod improperly (though it wouldn't even start if I installed it improperly). It also gives me a crash message: An exception has occurred!.... I went into the crash file and it talked about it trying to address memory that it did not have proper access to or something along those lines, which kind of supports my theory that it has something to do with the 64 bit issue. Will you be making or a 64 bit fix, or is there already a fix that you can think of?
Perhaps if you try copying the files from the 64 bit patch into the xml folder of the mod? I heard someone say they did that and it worked afterward
For some reason, when I try to extract the files, my system says it can't create the extracted files. What do I do?
Maybe the download was corrupted somehow? Also what program are you using to extract it?
many times extracting direct to the mods folder causes problems for me with many mods. try extracting to downloads and then copying and pasting to your mods folder
Is there any way that u can add back some old ships like Nebula SD or MC90 as reserves as I really like to use them to make my fleet more fun...
Nebula is and always was in it (Defender SD it's called in-game). MC90 I removed for several reasons, mainly because I didn't really like it (it's pretty ugly) and it didn't fit well.
but why in gc, u didnt include these old starships in each factions....?
i have a problem again my venators turned green
I noticed some things that seems little odd: Illum not accecible (same as Nal Hutta). Ion cannons - Either don´t fire or miss model of shot. GA can´t research new Tech level in GC.
I cant download. No mirrors , for like 20 days o_O...
What works in the mod is great, but i would recommend patching non-working material before adding more content. Green venators seems to big a proplem everyone is experiencing. and personally i think the ships need to be more balanced out damage wise. Trying to play skirmish as the GA is extremely hard compared to Krayt. great textures and graphics, it just needs some polishing before adding more content.
Try playing against them and you will change your tune on that note.

Hey Cheesecake, I'm really enjoying the mod so far but I've noticed one prominent issue. Certain ships are totally indestructible and only can be destroyed through the auto resolve of a battle in GC. One ship i noticed has two hardpoints in the same place both labeled laser cannon (or something along those lines). That ship is the Immobilizer 418 cruiser. Another one is this giant red and white ship which name is missing. The front-most laser turret is indestructible. That's all I've seen so far other than the green Venators but i hope this helps :).
Ok so I've played a little longer and I noticed that not only are the Venators appearing green occasionally, but the imperial star destroyers I faced over Kuat were green.
please make an update for 64 bit I can't start it on my PC and my first guess is: 64 bit problems (yes I updated beforehand)

The Venator Classes were green for me for some reason... :( They do good in numbers and would have made up most of the GA fleet. :'(
When I drop in these files into their proper folders I get the option to overwrite existing files with the same name? Am I supposed to overwrite or just put them in with the existing files. I did install this patch by doing the overwrite and I cannot build scythe cruisers or any GA heavy ships on Mon Calamari. However if I play as the Krayt empire I have full access to ships once I conquer the proper planet. As GA I can only build the sabertooth and the missile ShaShore frigate.

I may have installed it incorrectly but the buttons and GUI are still glitched out, so if there is any way to fix this can someone please tell me, and I say thank you for the future.
Ok I finally got the mod working but despite downloading and installing the patch I am having all kinds of issues playing GC as the GAR.
The galactic map is off center and spilling over into the menu bar. I can't seem to land troops on any planets. I have no heroes at all, I build research stations but can't research anything and with no heroes I can't steal tech either. Does anyone have any clue what is going wrong and how I screwed up the patching or the mod itself?
