Description
The second open alpha release for L'Aigle's singleplayer. This is the first early version of the L'Aigle alpha. Please bear the following things in mind. It is a very early alpha and lacks items and various content, it has tons of repeated scenes, it has native quests and features, it has a general lack of polish and so forth. Please remember it's the very first version and thus very rough. To install the mod simply extract the contents of the .rar into your Warband module folder. This mod just requires the newest version of Warband. It does not require the Napoleonic Wars DLC and has nothing to do with it. Make sure to also delete any previous version of L'Aigle. Enjoy. Changes include: -Added several new battle scenes -Added Parrot's map icons -Added new animations -Added phased reloading -Added some new sounds -Fixed some animation bugs -Fix some troop stats -Rebalanced items -Fixed problems with bandits in certain scenes -Several other small changes an fixes

downloaded quick and easy but I cant get it to run could someone please help
take it out of the downloaded folder , inside you have folder with same name , paste this one with game files inside into modules folder , not all what you have downloaded

Pretty much if you where at the raming phase and you got hit before you pulled the hammer back when you go to reload it goes straite to pulling the hammer. A few other mods do that and i honestly think people who have mods with muskets and so on should use that.
Uhm why cant you be a vassal in the game??
or maybe just add a freelancer system if you're not done with the vassalage

I find a problem in V1.3
When I switch my musket into melee mode and do thrust, it seems like that the bayonet do blunt damage.

It's a separate module so no you don't need to delete the old version in order to play this one. It doesn't change any of the main data files.

No, I think that L'Aigle should be SP-only. Because we already have Napoleonic Wars for MP battles. Also, some people like SP-only mods or games.
Is this normal that when i click download full version an icon of Internet explorer appears? I mean each time the "e" of internet Explorer spawns i cant open the file. I only can open it when it have the ICON of a YELLOW or WHITE file.

Did this change it so that you can walk and reload muskets? If so, you really should list it as one of the changes. Personally, I don't like it, and if you plan on adding multiplayer as it says, I think you should change it back, its already annoying in NW when people run away while reloading pistols.
Also, as someone else said, the thrust with the musket does blunt damage, which I find to be utterly retarded.
No bayoneted muskets do blunt damage when thrusting.
i'm pretty sure you just repeated what he was saying, hes saying a bayoneted musket shouldn't do blunt damage while stabbing.
p.s it should do piercing damage.

Nice mod, though it is hard to do proper volley fire as the bots reform as soon as even one falls interrupting the whole process. To make a diciplined display of firepower, when taking fire, would be easier if reloading of muskets were possible while walking I believe.

You can order volley fire from one of the F keys.
You need to de-vanilla the mod a bit more. The claimants should be gone (don't think there were really any claimants during that period in history), the armored horses should be gone too.

What F keys do you use to command the men to do volley fire and ripple fire and such because i am all about that commanding the men and such.

I don't think they've been added yet even tho he advertised still working bagpiper in a youtubevideo. It's weird and I'll tell you why. If click {Camp} then go to {Mod Preferences} scroll all the way to the bottom and select {Enable Cheats} then go back and you should see the option {CHEATS} click that then click {Find item} on pages 600-700 you actually see both the bagpipe and drummer outfits for all factions. The drummer set even comes with drumsticks white gloves. You can purchase those. and wear them yourself but you can't use them. I tried giving them to my NPC companions and striping all their weapons away but they won't make any noise either. Stuff like that makes me believe that they are in the game and I'm just missing something. Their is even a trumpet but it works more like a blunt weapon then an actual trumpet. What do you think?

1.3 nice as usually :), walking and reloading looks strange , bayoneted muskets do blunt damage and trees on battlefield looks look like rubbish , except that ...i love it

I think you should give someone who starts as a noble a head start. With a ton of money to buy a himself a commission and someone who starts as a commoner the opportunity to fight for a commander, freelancer style. Love the mod by the way, it's a little demanding graphics wise, but it's great otherwise
