We have updated our DEMO, now revision 710-42.
GOALSThe main purpose of this DEMO is to give you a small taste of what we have done for multiplayer and Singleplayer campaign.
FEATURESYou'll find both Kushan and Taiidan to play with.It includes: - Light and Heavy Interceptors - Bombers - Light, Heavy and Multigun Corvettes - Minelayer, Repair and Salvage Corvettes - Resource Collectors and Controllers - Standard, Support and Ion Frigates. - Carrier and Destroyer. - And their respective Mothership
The game allows the firts level of Singleplayer Campaign, Player vs AI and Multiplayer, with multiple options to customize your match.Including some test scenarios and a Ship Test Duel Gamemode to allow you to test the ships in a controlled situation.
VERSION 710Changes since last DEMO-Full fleged AI, Its now able to research depending on its battle situation.-Revised new Flight maneuvers and fighter rotation stats.-New Multiplayer Maps, previous ones have been tweaked for better gameplay.-Build speeds down to the default values, upgradeble up to 1.5x.-Research ship can speed up research and build speeds by the use of research hubs as modules.
Now lets see how this baby turned out shall we=)
It looks really cool, but if I may make some suggestions, I'd say that it goes way too slow to build since in HW2 you build one ship at the time while in HW you can build several ships at the time, I say that build times have to be compensated for that, and because of that research times as well.
I know the mod is not done but I'd like to suggest you guys to give the Support Frigates the repair ability, the effect could be cimilar to teh resource gathering effect but in Green.
I like this mod a lot and the fuelscript seems to work flawlessly.

We already took that into account, then, may I ask.
Did you built the modules on the research ship?
Each research module gives 10% fleet build speed bonus, and research times halved, since the research ship comes with one embedded to enable research capabilities, and you have a maximum of 6 modules, you can achieve 50% faster build speed and 1/6 research times.
Parallel building has been problematic for me so I tried a work around and tried to match or had slightly faster building than HW2 but without breaking the pace like on the last demo, an example with build speed:
Ion frigates HW1/HW2
default build times:60s/55s (seconds)
maximum upgrade: 1.5/1.3 (HW1 doesn't have upgrade, value from HWR )
upgraded build times:40/42
I would like more opinions on this though.
Thank you very much ! The level of detail is just extraordinary ! When do you expect to introduce the remaining ships for use in skirmish against the AI ?
What is your plan for the next release(s)? whenever they will be...no pressure here. :)

Do you intend to introduce the rest of the ships or invest some work into the single player campaign ?
The remaining ships are going to be introduced when ready, but I will try to make an effort to include new ones in the next release, maybe we will need to sacrifice some quality. But if things go as expected in the next 2 or 3 weeks.

The remaining ships are more close to a release than the SP Campaign, because its still very incomplete.
I think you might have surpassed gearbox in terms of detail on the ship models...
You will be surprised by the amount of quality that Gearbox is doing on the ships, but for now I can only recommend a new video card.
Taiidan fleet choice in SP campaign is not yet implemented, right?
Sorry but the Taiidan in Sp Campaign is not possible right now.
