This file is needed if you want to continue to play the campaign from the main menu. Valve released a new DLC for portal 2 which reads the main menu in a slightly different way. Have you considered sticking this in the Steam Workshop? Would make it tons easier for loads of gamers.
I know, I was thinking about this too but it requires allot of work on my end too to repack stuff. Basicly I have to pack everything custom in each map bsp file.
If all pimped maps are finished, I'll see if I can work this out.
Isn't there a way to upload a Zip File to Steam Workshop?
