is there any mod that allows the player to change the camera to 3rd person? I mean the F1 key is only available in ghost recon under observer mode, which makes the player to have no direct control to the ghosts. Having a 3rd person mod like in the GR:Advanced Warfighter series (pc version) would really overhaul the old game.
If you've been away from Ghost Recon for a while, then this IS the mod to get you to come back and dip your big toe back in the waters.
If you really like it, feel free to dip BOTH big toes in!

Sorry, the first-person view is hardcoded, so there is nothing I can do about that.
