one question... what did I do wrong when no map or character loads and the game is frozen? after I press stert game it loads and then give me the skybox and thats it...

So,the mod doesn't work.I installed it on GTA IV 1.0.7.0 and when i start the game,it just starts the normal GTA 4.What should i do?
Okay,i managed to make it work but there are some problems:
-There is no health power-up,so i can't replenish my health.
-There are hot-dog stands around the town,but they're empty
-There are no weapons available(not even cops have weapons)
-They are people falling all around from the skies,and you always hear them scream
-There is no way i can put in any cheat code,to get weapons,health and so on.
-Because of all this,this mod resumes to only running around with a car and hitting pedestrians,which i get bored easily of.
I use Simple Native Trainer to give myself weapons and etc. As for people falling from the sky, I have the same problem and have no idea what causes this.
How do you get it to work? I press F3 nothing happens.
I heard that you had to get simple native trainer 6.3 or something. (sorry for late reply)

Deleted savegames...Copied over the files to main directory... started launcher... goes to menu which has the gta 3 theme... start game and crashes after clicking start game... what am i doing wrong

when i double-click on LaunchGTAIV it says msvcr100.dll is missing from your computer,i downloded msvcr100.dll but now it gives an error that gta iv has stopped working.please help me

How do I install it? I put everything in IV:SA folder and when I use IVSA Launcher, I get this error:
System.FormatException: Input string was not in a correct format.
