i would DL this if FOC worked with Win7
It works, but you some people need the ram fix. Its usually a problem that occurs when you have 2gb+ ram on a 64-bit OS. I have 10, so I obviously needed the patch to get FOC to work
yeah i think i remember this being an issue with my new laptop

I never had any problems with FOC on Win7, guess i'm one of the lucky few...
I have windows 7...
All strings are missing (its a demo, durr), but rigging is looking solid. If you want to go the extra mile I suggest adding rotating turrets to ships, such as the imperial battleship. I know the_Farseer included that in one of his mods.
Strings? you mean the text?
It doesn't work for me, the shortcut launch the standard foc
okay first make sure you put it in the right folder. then right click the shortcut and click propperties.
then there will be a bar called compatibility. there should be a box that you can tick (something with run this program with compatibility modus for) if its alright it will work
it is in te mod folder of the game, i have tried with the box ticked and didn't change a thing. Also i think there some effect of the the mod thought there isn't any ship and I only have a few available with the empire/rebellion
also make sure that you placed the folder called GGW in the mods folder, and not the folder called GGW demo.
I got the right one. But I don't understand why this one isn't working because I have Republic Wt War and it works great
the target box has to say:
"C:\Program Files\LucasArts\Star Wars Empire at War Forces of Corruption\swfoc.exe" MODPATH=Mods\GGW

I was looking forward to play this but it seems I can't every time I click on icon it says it didn't authenticate in time... How do I fix this?
This was my fault not the mods. However, when I went to click on the mod all that loaded was the original game, how do I fix this?
the intro movie and the gui are all from the original game. start a GC as either the Sith or republic
cant download, says it cant find the file :S ?
I noticed the demo doesnt have a working skirmish, will the final version have skirmish?

after getting the mod to work i noticed, that i coudt still build the old empire stuff, at-st and other imperial machines, is this how it is, or i have i done something wrong when i installed ?

oh okay i see, cuse i was abit confused when i tryed the mod in GC. And i wanted to ask you, but thx for letting me kow it wasent my fault, but great demo, cant wait for finished version :)

I have the same problem like Arkah. Shortcut launces standart FOC and! the capital ships are missing, can only build fighters. And the game crashe4s -.-
The launch issue will be resloved of you actually read the readmen. thats why i included it. As to the crashing please be more specific

How did the Siths were defeated?? I know one of their great strategist (don't remember name, I think it's Darth Malgus) was seriously damaged at the battle of Alderaan, and they were forced to retreat.
