Description

To install (Make a backup of your BOS.exe) then simply replace your "BOS.exe" in your "Fallout Tactics" folder. Fixes the "Sniper" perk and "TagName" bug via HeX.

Does 'Fix' for sniper perk mean it will fix Sniper perk in FOT so that it does what it did in Fallout 1 and 2?
