Fix for FERR-UM 0.4 & SHOKER MOD 0.1 file

Corrects the error of the translation of the text of operating systems from Russian to English. (the log of errors which fixes the fix - [error] Arguments :Can't open section 'wpn_addon_sil_57õ28). All files containing 57õ28 have been replaced by 57y28 where the letter "y", the English and the problems with its translation from the Russian language should not be.
