i have vista and ive tried erasing the data from the source folder and extracting the mod BUT IT NEVER WORKS i always get the error message Error opening file

You can go into the huntdat folder and scroll down to where their is a file called the _RES.txt, click on it and scroll down to the bottom where it says start = 100 and change the value to 8500 or more.
Hey this Carnivores 2 mod looks great! I'm new to this so i dont know how to make it work but I have carnivores 2 installed and i downloaded the the extreme mod. once it finshed i extracted the files from it, so what do i do now? im sure you've gotten this question a thousand times.please and thank you!
you can fix this by barrowing that file from the Carnivores 2+ mod on this site, two go into the folder called "menu" in the carnivores 2+ mod on this site, then copy that file you need into the "menu" folder of this mod and the problem should be fixed.
I am running Carnivores 2 on XP and it won't let me change the controls does anyone have a way to resolve this issue.. it makes it impossible to play. And I am talking about C2 regular, w/o this mod.

I wish that you or ANYONE who creates Carnivores mods had the expertise to make a universal "widescreen patch" for all Carnivores mods -- for full modern widescreen capabilities such as 1920x1080...

I've never played carnivores, however always wanted to, I might go get it.
How do you make the controls normal instead of inverted? When I go to Options and change it nothing happens.
Never mind, I'm an idiot.
Finally got on my original account. I was also curious why you start out at like -10k.
You simply need to start a new account, and don't use the radar or the mouse will be inverted. I don't know why sorry!

Just download the XP Patch (Community Edition Patch) or this mod.
Well, its bad that the radar doesn't work, this in many ways makes the game unplayable which is a shame.
Don't ******* play Carnivores if you can't hunt without a damn radar.
I downloaded it but i don't know how to add it to the game please help me, I'm desperate. I'm only a sad little asian boy
