Download all three main files, open part one, drag file out, run installer, select main medieval 2 folder, install.

I cannot install it. It says part 1 is damaged. I tried downloading it again twice but I keep getting the same error when unpacking.

Did you download all three parts?

Just open part one and drag the file out. All three .part files have to be in the same directory.

How do I change it's default path for Medieval Total War? Because it's wrong currently. I have Medieval Two in C:\Program Files(x86)\SEGA\Medieval Two Total War, but it thinks I have it in C:\SEGA\Medieval Two Total War.

It does not matter, just make sure you select the location where the game is installed to in the installer.
