Description
As requested, the old version of Enhanced 4X (1.3) for Sins of a Solar Empire: Diplomacy. It will NOT work with Rebellion, so please don't try. :) Extract the package to your Diplomacy 1.34 mod folder, then enable "Enhanced 4X Mod 1.3" in the main menu under the mods tab. Consult the Readme for mod order of the optional minimods if you wish to use them.

If it's not for Rebellion, why did you post it here?
Someone asked me too while the Rebellion version wasn't released, because they didn't like the site I had uploaded it on before.
I really like the hero units and new diplomacy. Can you continue to make it for Diplomacy for now and Rebellion. I still dont have Rebellion:(
So far almost all of the new stuff I added since 1.3 is for the new subfactions in Rebellion, so I can't do that for Diplomacy. Unless Diplomacy gets a new patch this will probably be the final version.
