Im a bit interested. How does this mod play and work out exactly?
Well mostly the same as Master of Orion 3 except the races are changed to races out of Dragon ball, there is a list of races in the news post. There is also alot more inside the mod than just races, like random encounters etc.
sir will i need master of orion in this 1 ? or i would simply install this on my pc and run it ?

Yea it is out for pc, just check out the game the mod is for and that should help you find out some information about it if you want to.
why does it doesnt work ?
It does work so make sure you installed it properly.

I cant get it to work i see no Exe.File D:
u need winzip open it extract all to c drive the game will be installed there exe will be present
