New Weapon Mod for Verruckt Style Maps.
This mod was designed to spring life into the old style 1940's guns (which to be honest, totally suck apart from the heavy duty MG / Ray)
There are a number of modified guns included in this mod with the most powerful ones only obtainable from the random box. This allows the game to not just be Zombie killing focused but also weapon hunting focused as well! There are over 8 new powerful weapons to obtain, so many in fact, that you might not be able to get them all within one game setting!
All the modified guns have been carefully selected to last to certain rounds with the guns on the wall only lasting up to level 15 in effectiveness. If you fail to get the new heavy duty guns from the box, you're history! So have fun finding out which guns are more powerful then the others and i hope you enjoy chasing the box around the various parts of the map! :)
This mod has been designed to give you the best of both worlds with the first 15 levels giving you mindless Zombie killing fun, but after that the game becomes a real challenge and you really need to be strategic to stay alive for as long as possible and our new guns should allow you to do just that!
Extract weapons mod folder to:
(XP)C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR_PROFILE\Local Settings\Application Data\Activision\CoDWaW\mods\
to play weapons mod on verruckt just launch CoDWaW.exe, go to Mods and launch "Dark_weapons_mod".You MUST launch the mod to play the mod,and host game.
to play weapons mod on other verruckt style maps open the Dark_weapons_mod folder, copy the "weapons" folder and paste it into the verruckt style map folder of which you want to play.
weapons mod also works on non-verruckt style maps but two guns inperticular do not have the effects they will have on verruckt maps.
MG42 (Firestarter / Electro!): One that shoots fire with flame sound, one that shoots rays of electric with electric sounds.
Dirty Harry (Diry Sally): Improved fire trail effect, more damage.
M1Carbine (Flamer): Flamethrower with increased fire damage.
Sawnoff Shotgun (Grenade Launcher): Grenade Launcher with Nuke effect.
30cal (BFG): BFG that shoots rays at high speed!
STG44 (Sparky): One original, one that fires electric bullets with electric sound.
Bar (Bloody Hell): One that shoots blood, one super shotgun.
Ptrs41 (Super Knife): Increased mag, increased fire speed, knife damage increased.
Raygun (Nukegun): Nukegun diffrent fire and explosion effect.
Grenades: More damage, these should never lose effectiveness!
Betties (Ugly): more damage and radius, these should never lose effectiveness!
Molotovs: More damage and more radius, making these little puppies actually worth getting!
Kar98k and Springfield are now Kar98k scoped.
Gewehr43: Now fires full auto.
M1garand: Now fires full auto.
Please note: This mod was designed around the Verruckt / Asylum map, therefore weapons on other verruckt style maps may very from being on the wall to being in the random box.
