New Features:

NPCs

npc_fastzombie4 can blow off head or left arm.

npc_combine_cop can use M16/AK47/MP5, and M306 but no other projectile based weapons, except maybe weapon_frag. There is bug where npc_combine_swat spawned, causes npc_combine_cop to not work(fire weapons).

npc_citizen can use AK47/M16/smgs

npc_citizen_tie can use Ak47/M16/etc/same as others.

Weapons

weapon_cw_flamethrower - custom model with spine4 for gastanks
weapon_cw_pipebomblauncher - sticky launcher
sentry gun. - needs more work

Game Rules

AI Relationships - for teams, npc_combine_cops is teamed with cops, citizens are teamed with Red Team.

Team Zombie Apocolypse, spawns random zombies.
3 Teams - play as Cops, Criminals, and Globalists.

Weapons

tf_weapon_rocketlauncher - only useable via sv_cheats - give tf_weapon_rocketlauncher - overpowered.

NPCs

npc_fastzombie8, can blow off 3 parts of legs and arms, and head, but no effects of damage to npc, only visual.

Game Rules/Game Modes

AI Relationships - green team globalist will be neutral to npc_citizens and npc_combine_cops but can piss them off, and go to hate mode.

Deathmatch - Needs work with AI Relationships and more classes

Squad Deathmatch - doesn't work

Noteable Commands:

cw_bot_add - requires sv_cheats 1 - bots for teamdeathmatch - don't work in deathmatch - just to kill each other.

ch_create_sedan2 - do not use, bad version
ch_create_sedan3 - pre-scars based vehicle, becareful with primary fire, not to blow your self up.
ch_create_tank2 - the tank
ch_create_tank - do not use, bad version
ch_create_dyntank - do not use, very bad version, will crash game if you touch
