No option to buil an airfield for the goa'uld :(

This file is broken. I try to install it and it keeps coming up with errors:

An error occurred while trying to create a file in the destination directory:
The system cannot find the path specified.
Click Retry to try again, Ignore to skip this file (not recommended) or Abort to cancel installation."
I click Ignore, but it just repeats the message again for another similar file. My only option is to abort. I have given my computer permission to run the file and I have enabled compatibility mode. I am using Windows 7 x64 Home Premium as my computer's OS.
Is there something I forgot to do, or is the installation file damaged, or is it just an incompatibility with the OS?
