Command and Conquer: Crisis mod in .7Zip compressed form.
-Install Ares first.
-Unzip all the files included in the .7z file.
-Run the .bat file to play the game.
-Enjoy!

To uninstall, simply delete all the extracted files.

Not sure if faulty installation, bug, or deliberate, but I can't build battle labs as any faction. What I've seen so far is excellent though.
You can't build Radars, not Battle Labs. Battle Labs still exist.
The Radar function still exists, but as a feature of the Construction Yard.
